Endo and me...

When I was first diagnosed with endo, I finally understood why I was in so much pain, but I still didn’t know what to do. I had previously tried a few programs, fads/trends, and even multiple doctors… but none of it worked.


I had already spent so much money on my health and I had no intention of spending more. I was understandably a little sceptical that anything could help me!


But by studying a Bachelor of Health Science - Nutritional Medicine, I was able to research more about endo and find out what was driving endo! I was willing to commit to work on improving my health, and I’m so glad I did!


After I started making changes, I could feel direct results - reducing pain! Each month my cycle started to balance and the pain and inflammation became more manageable!


Now let me tell you exactly how I did it… Endo is oestrogen driven, this means high oestrogen levels. High oestrogen causes inflammation. Therefore working to lower the inflammation in your body is key to reducing pain.


By cutting out inflammatory foods like - dairy, gluten, processed sugar, saturated fats and alcohol might sound over the top! It doesn’t mean you can NEVER eat them again, it just means we need to lower your intake for now…


I KNOW this is possible for you!


The thought of depriving yourself of the food and experiences you love may feel daunting and a tough way to regain your life back. But all you’ve gotta do is apply the strategies above, and you’ll see results without ever feeling like you’re missing out.
